FindBetterService.com was created in response to a lack of care, poor service, and indifference to the customer from large corporations (such as Verizon and AT&T) that seem to care more about expanding their business instead of investing in their technology and taking care of the customers. This was also created in response to what has seemed to be (in the past) a concerted effort by some of the "Baby Bells" and other large corporations to prevent people such as you and I from choosing competitive local carriers. Some of these corporations are being sued right now by smaller companies who are being unfairly blocked out of the business.

We believe that everyone should take a stand to ensure the right to a compete in a fair market, competition, and freedom of choice for the consumer. This will ultimately help you and I by sticking up for the small companies and the small business owners.
