For many people, this is a very big and confusing situation. How and what do you do to go online and use the Internet?
Well, it's really not that difficult and it comes down to two basic things to think about: price and speed.
How much do you want to spend and how fast do you have to go?
If you are only going online to check email and you have no desire to look at movies, animation, or videos, than you may want to use one of the free services offered by some of the companies listed here for Internet service. (You may have to look at advertising banners on top of your screen though).
If you can afford $9 a month and you want to go online with no advertising banners and you want a little more speed, you can use an Internet provider listed here.
On the other hand, if you can afford $25 to $40 a month and you want or need to see movies, animation, and/or vidoes, then you will probably want cable or DSL for broadband services. |
