1.) Do a good search for other services and write down the pros and cons for each company you find. Find the company with the most positive reasons AND matches for what you need and want and circle that company.

2.) Contact that company and make the switch. If by Internet, copy and paste what you are getting and make sure get a confirmation email (that you should save and print). If by phone, go over the details of what you getting and write down the person's name that you are speaking with and tell them that you are writing down the details and their name.
